I need a solicitor wiling to look at my case regarding suing a company that works in conjunction with the DWP and is over seen by G4S. the company is called I2I and they form part of the work program, they are meant to help you find work. I have a disability that being MS, the DWP put together an agreement that takes in account my illness, on seeing the form a staff member hat was meant to be helping sayated that "YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING AND MAKE AMCOMPLAINT IF YOU WANT I'M NOT WORRIED', this was reported to the company and they have done nothing, it was reported to the Police and they failed to report it in the corret way as per their own policies of hate crime and incidents, after a complaint to them and making reference to their own policies on the subject they agrred they had fallen short and had made a mistake, they have now recorded the incident as a hate incident and agfeed the comments were classed as per their policies. the manager of the I2I has been advised that that has taken place and needs to advise the individual of the situation, I have yet to be updated by them and again I expect them to sit back and do very little. THE I2I policies I have viewed on their website are very poor and very disjointed but areas do poit out the discrimination for staff to be ware of, this clearly has not been effective the company since the comment was made to be has given me no advice or chances of a job suitable for me. whereas their policy says the opposite. Clearly the incident has been recorded as a hate incident so there is not disputing that as the staff member admitted what she had said when the police spoke with her but he police failed to recognise the Perception angle of the definition. My last solicitors told me I could get legal aid but they bailed out as they had too higher work load to help me, poor excuse for an easy job to get a good result and compensationRead more
