  • 3 years ago My partner has passed away leaving his wishes typed out by a lawyer but passed away before the final will arrived so it’s witnessed but unsigned can anyone help
    His daughter is using an old will and not adding the wishes to it , we lived together for 10 years as man and wife but we weren’t married
