I have got a disagreement issue with my Car dealer, He( Car dealer) asked to help me sell my old car on the 17th of February 2020 just after I bought another car from him on the same day without part exchanging. 7weeks later I discovered that he sold my old car already and he admitted selling the car without my approval. Now he is failing to meet up with my asking price of £1500, And presently the new car I bought from the same car seller has got faulty engine and parked at a Car workshop until lockdown is over. I am a key worker at the moment and now I have been walking 50mins to work and 50mins back home after work for the last one week, increasing my fear of contracting the corona virus and it is highly not convenient for me. I have some screenshots of our conversation as prove and few other proves, please is there any way I can Charge him for my Car, and for putting my life in danger at this pandemic period???Read more

Need advice. A car was bought on finance 4 me. Unfortunately the person past away after 5months. He wrote a letter of wishes for me not to be left with the dept. The car was bought for me to keep as it is used as a taxi. I put my own car down as part of deposit which they knocked off the price of car. £2,000 plus another £1,500 was paid by my friend on his card. I gave him it back a couple of weeks later. He gave me the original receipt from Vauxhall for the £1500 he paid. His family got a solicitor, said I can't keep the car unless I pay £12,000. It's not worth that maybe £10,000 can I say to them I want to deduct the £3,500 I've put into it already. There still is about £21,000 owing on it which will come out of his estate when sold.Read more
