Plumbers
Water tank in attic needs new float valve as water is coming out of overflow pipe. The local isolator to the tank is seized and I don't want to force it. I've adjusted the flow in the downstairs toilet so the overflow goes through the toilet instead of the overflow pipe but I can't leave it like that obviously. Need plumber please to un-seize local isolator and fit new ball valve. There is a ladder available to get into loft. I also have an end-cap on a heating pipe that has a drip due to lime-scale that needs stopping. Not sure where hot water isolator is to allow end-cap to be taken off. Currently have a leak diverter under the end-cap drip.
