Hello we are a Syston based events Company and through no fault of our own were only able to partially fulfill orders for 3 clients. We paid out for total package including tickets, hotels, transfers etc. The tickets did not get delivered on the day as promised from our third party, whom we are corresponding with to get refund for the tickets, our terms and conditions clearly state that we are only liable for refunding the ticket element, which we have offered, but these 3 clients are adamant that we pay everything back including all expenses they have incurred ie flights hotels etc etc. I have told them now due to legal reasons and non acceptance of our proposal as per our terms and conditions to pay only the ticket element back that all future correspondence be through our Solicitors and theirs. They have all threatened legal action regardless of our terms as clearly set out, and are requesting our Solicitor details, therefore we need a Solicitor to send all our details to regarding this issue so they can respond accordingly to clients' solicitors.
