  I would like to know how much it would cost to set up a Power Of Attorney for my mother for financial decisions and health decisions on her behalf. My brother lives with my mother and takes care of her but she is becoming increasingly frail. I live in New Zealand and am unable to help for this reason. My brother has limited funds and I said I would help with financing the Power of Attorney but would need to know what is involved and how much it costs.
