Failed relationship (not married) with one child. We have been in a mortgage for over 3 years. My now ex partner refuses to leave, I have offered to buy him out and he still refuses. Break down of relationship over a period of a few years but this lead to final break up when the ex partner smashed the house up. I have got a buyer for my house which has been sold privately. My buyers have got their house sold subject to contract and now want the name of my solicitor.
