  I am claiming damages against a company who installed cavity wall insulation in a property which was not suitable to have it installed. There was water damage, but the main problem was that the installer waited 5 months before removing it during which time I was unable to let the property and had to pay utilities and Council Tax before I was able to refurbish and redecorate. I have issued proceedings through Money Claim Online who have allocated it to the fast track County Court Business Centre.
