I am claiming damages against a company who installed cavity wall insulation in a property which was not suitable to have it installed. There was water damage, but the main problem was that the installer waited 5 months before removing it during which time I was unable to let the property and had to pay utilities and Council Tax before I was able to refurbish and redecorate. I have issued proceedings through Money Claim Online who have allocated it to the fast track County Court Business Centre. I'm getting tied up in legal knots by their solicitor and need someone to go through the paperwork for me.
