Legal advice about debt which is in my name but is actually the debt of my ex-partner. We had a verbal agreement before I lent him the use of my name to access money for his business venture; that he is to pay all debt back himself. We also have a son and a private agreement that he can come and see/collect his son at the weekend himself and take him out for the day but to come back before Finelys bedtime at 7pm. However my ex has failed to keep up with this agreement not coming for weeks due to being 'busy' but he blames me because I do not allow his girlfriend to pick my son up. How do I stop the added demands constantly? when I am happy with our original agreement, I do not want his girlfriend picking up my son and i do not want my son sleeping there but am happy for my son to go for the day with his dad.Read more
