  I am having problems, it is with carers allowence, Be ifit office wrote to me last year and told me they had a claim by Carley Butler that her son Daniel was my carer. I wrote to the benefit telling them that I do not have a carer as I lived in Dorset and Daniel lived in Somerset. Thought no more about it untill they started taking money from my account. So. I have made numerous calls telling me it is being investigated, still they took money. So I asked for a mandatory reconsideration, and just had a letter telling me they want 245 .per month.
