Good Morning - I need a sheriff office to help me get back my money from a Landscaper who took money for materials and then never did the job - I have been through a simple procedure and have a decree from Livingston Sheriff Court - now just need advice of who can help and what I need to do next. The address we had for him doesnt seem to be getting used as the unit address and dont think he is getting any correspondence - I do know that his home address is in Alloa so may be able to trace him from something - looking forward to hearing back from you.
