Male service user who landlord has given notice to leave the property by 10.11.2015, as the house is being sold. He requires a new placement and staff support with all activities of daily living and will also need prompting/hands on support to maintain his personal hygiene. Diagnosis: Mild learning disability with significant impairment of behaviour requiring attention or treatment. Currently receives following support: 30hrs 1:1 and 12.5 shared hrs pw. This support has been reported by his currently provider to be adequate to meet his care needs. He is mobile and is able to communicate his needs.Read more
