Grandad had a fall broke his upper thigh bone. He lives in Eastbourne but is stuck in Ashford hostpital as that was the nearest to where the fall happened. He is well in himself but we cannot get him to any nearer hospital. He only gets 30 mins Physio per day. He needs to be near his family in Eastbourne and needs more physio work to get him walking again. Have been told there are no beds in the Conquest hospital. Although he is 88 he is fully mentally alert, but getting very depressed sitting in a chair in hospital all day.Read more
