    Very helpful phone discussion to clarify fault and agree suggested rectification together with likely cost. Took computer in about 1100hrs, phone call at 1500hrs, computer rectified and new SSD drive fitted. Final price was within original quote. Simon was very pleasant to deal and did not overwhelm me with tech speak. will use again RayN
