Closed Physiotherapist’s Home Visit

I’ve been in 3Layer Compression Bandages on my left leg for nearly 7 years and in the past two weeks I’ve been put into compression liner knee highs. My ankle has become rigid since being in bandages and I’m walking on tip toes on my left foot as I can’t put my left foot flat on the floor. Therefore all the weight is on my right foot. I get around my bungalow by using a trolley and a frame, which I lean on. I would like to be able to put my foot flat on the floor which will help my back pain too. I do exercises given me by a physio almost two years ago to stretch my muscles and my hamstring but I need one to one help now, hence the home visit request.
