Cohen TV Aerials responded to my request very promptly and were happy to give a rough estimate before viewing the site. They arrived within a few hours of my first contact and the new aerial was up and running with the hour. I can't fault the service (also gave me invaluable advice and helped me tune the TV) and they were great value for money too, with the final cost being within the original estimate. The whole experience was a pleasure.
