contacted us as promised and a engineer was here within the hour . The engineer (Mark) was polite friendly and his work was swift he left everything clean and tidy also tested the dryer and did a safety gas test .will definitely be using this firm again and no hidden charges price quoted was price paid very fair many thanks Yvonne myers
