Electrician needed, please for the following:
1. Replace shower extractor fan preferably with a more powerful model.
Extractor is vented from shower through attic above. Access to attic via hallway hatch. Attic is boarded, clean & tidy. Extractor is easily accessible. Old model is a SwiftAir Mix Flow InLine Fan Model XFLO100S. Voltage 220-240V-50Hz. Power 24/30W. Airflow 180/250CBM.
2. Inspect RCB Board - was due inspection 2014 - did not realise.
3. Washing machine socket changed to a double socket to accommodate a tumble dryer.
