Pain in right shoulder/top of arm... caused by bowling outdoors this season... not experienced it previous years but I know I over did it at the beginning of the season when the going was heavy and was bowling 4/5 days out of 7. Pain has got slightly better when I stopped bowling, but I would like to enjoy indoor bowling this winter, where it is not so strenuous and much lighter.Read more
