  4 years ago I was diagnosed with mnd and told to stop all exercise as it was a waste of time. Recently the diagnosis was said to be incorrect & a new diagnosis of spinal stenosis was given. I now need intensive exercise to regain mobility and am looking for a personal trainer, preferably one who would initially come to my house. I have a treadmill but am too nervous to use it at the moment because of falls.Is there any one who can help?Read more
