  I was walking last Sunday and had a sharp pain on the inside of my right knee. I have been limping and it has been quite painful this last week. I thought it would settle with ice and rest. I did have a knee problem a few years back where a physio managed to push back and realign the cartilage. I do walk and do Pilates but my job is office based, I am 63, good health except for a ok sinful knee atm. I look forward to hearing from you.Read more
