  Pain in lower back, have had it for several years. When it first happened I was lifting heavy objects, when of all of sudden I felt a sharp shooting pain in my lower back, since then over the years I’ve had what I call ‘flare ups’, where the area becomes very sensitive to all movement and I get excruciating pain.
