Pain in lower back, have had it for several years. When it first happened I was lifting heavy objects, when of all of sudden I felt a sharp shooting pain in my lower back, since then over the years I’ve had what I call ‘flare ups’, where the area becomes very sensitive to all movement and I get excruciating pain. I have seen a doctor and they said it’s possible I have a bulging disk or something, I was prescribed diazepam for the pain. I was also put on a waiting list to see a physio, but I’ve been waiting 10 weeks now and Im yet to start any treatment
