  Hello, I am in a wheelchair and need either hair cut to shorten my hair without blow dry, just to dry them a bit as I don't like lengthy drying or I used to have Wella perm, which was just a simple perm for getting the volume to my very straight hair, but I'm not sure if there are still products to make it as it's maybe old fashioned now.
