Hello, I am in a wheelchair and need either hair cut to shorten my hair without blow dry, just to dry them a bit as I don't like lengthy drying or I used to have Wella perm, which was just a simple perm for getting the volume to my very straight hair, but I'm not sure if there are still products to make it as it's maybe old fashioned now. I'd like to know how much would it cost and how long would it take, please, as I'm not very good with very long appointments. Thank you, Magdalena
