  Dear Sir/Madam, I am pleased to communicate you that soon we will be opening a dry cured meat factory in Manchester (UK). So, I am interested in purchasing of fresh female hogs sow 80 to100kg whole half Hog carcass, (with bones). Therefore, I would be grateful if you could inform me about following: 1) What breed of hogs do you sell: Large white, landrace, duroc etc.? 2) At what weight do you sell those half Hog: 60 – 80 – 100Kg?
