Dear Sir/Madam, I am pleased to communicate you that soon we will be opening a dry cured meat factory in Manchester (UK). So, I am interested in purchasing of fresh female hogs sow 80 to100kg whole half Hog carcass, (with bones). Therefore, I would be grateful if you could inform me about following: 1) What breed of hogs do you sell: Large white, landrace, duroc etc.? 2) At what weight do you sell those half Hog: 60 – 80 – 100Kg? Our estimated demand will be about 10 Half hogs per week. Do you deliver to Manchester? In case you don't sell the half hogs, could you be so kind and let me know if you know any wholesalers selling those and provide me with wholesaler's contact details?
