    Hi, I am hopeful you can help me. I live in Eldersfield GL19 4NP. I need a structural engineer for a site visit and to make an assessment, providing a weight bearing report for the below: Presently 2 x entrances, supported by concrete lintels , that we have questions whether they are fit for purpose. They may need replacing if the preferred option is not feasible. Preferred option: to open the entrance between the 2 rooms, with lintels (steel, 1 or 2 tbc) to support, which is an old chimney stack. Can you help?
