    Hi there, I would like to enquire about the repairing cost of my shop ceiling currently suffered from water leakage from upper flat. Work required by my insurance company includes: 1. Replacing the damaged ceiling board and any saturated deafening 2. Redecoration of the affected area. 3. Checking electrical installations in the immediate vicinity and reinstallation of affected electrics which include a 2m spotlight rail and and a small LED exit sign.
