Hi there, I would like to enquire about the repairing cost of my shop ceiling currently suffered from water leakage from upper flat. Work required by my insurance company includes: 1. Replacing the damaged ceiling board and any saturated deafening 2. Redecoration of the affected area. 3. Checking electrical installations in the immediate vicinity and reinstallation of affected electrics which include a 2m spotlight rail and and a small LED exit sign. If you can only work on 1 & 2, it is ok, please, advise if you can give me a quote. It’d be great if you can come to inspect. My shop is located at EH3 9AH. Thank you. Regards, King Wong
