  Hi. My wife and I are looking at buy a house in Flint. We're fairly certain it's going to need a full rewire if and when we buy it. It's a three bedroom end terrace house. I know you wouldn't be able to give me a quote without visiting and checking things out, but is there any way you could give a ballpark estimate, just so we've got some sort of idea of what we'll be looking at?
