Hi. My wife and I are looking at buy a house in Flint. We're fairly certain it's going to need a full rewire if and when we buy it. It's a three bedroom end terrace house. I know you wouldn't be able to give me a quote without visiting and checking things out, but is there any way you could give a ballpark estimate, just so we've got some sort of idea of what we'll be looking at? Then, if and when we have an offer accepted on the house, hopefully you could visit and price up the job properly with a view to having it done as soon as we move in.
