    Plugged in External Hard Drive to a Panasonic TX-49GX555B HDR LED TV to watch something via media player. When unplugging it was not observed but the white part with wire connection broke off and stayed in the hard drive USB connector. Next day, re-plugged in the hard drive to same USB connection with wires exposed and TV immediately powered off and no matter what was tried, would not reset and power up again.Read more

    My flat screen tv has gone all red. When I switch it on the screen is pure red and then as I watch things the original picture has a red tinge to the whole thing. Also shadows of previous stills are left on the screen in red. I’m trying to work out if it is economical to fix it or get a new one.Read more
