  I have a black toe nail on my right foot which I injured a few months ago. The nail fell off and has grown back still black. I would like this looking at. I also do lots of running and would like to know the best way to look after my feet. Also my left foot big toe nail keeps growing but there is a gap underneath. I cut it right down otherwise it get dirt underneath it. I would like this to grow properly and healthily but don't know how to look after the nail.
