I have a black toe nail on my right foot which I injured a few months ago. The nail fell off and has grown back still black. I would like this looking at. I also do lots of running and would like to know the best way to look after my feet. Also my left foot big toe nail keeps growing but there is a gap underneath. I cut it right down otherwise it get dirt underneath it. I would like this to grow properly and healthily but don't know how to look after the nail. Unfortunately I have never had my feet looked at before so don't know how/how not healthy they are. I also don't know how much appointments/treatment costs. Thank you
