  Hi, Myself and my partner are in the process of purchasing a property. We had a full survey carried out and it has highlighted some issues with the chimneys on the property. The lead flashing of the chimney at 3 storey level has started to lift and requires fixing. The second chimney at 2 storey level requires a little more work. There are some spalled bricks which have been patched with mortar, we would like to have the bricks replaced as a more long term solution to the problem. At this point we would like a quote for the repairs so that we can take this back to the sellers. The purchase is almost complete so we would need a quote as soon as possible.
