Hi, Myself and my partner are in the process of purchasing a property. We had a full survey carried out and it has highlighted some issues with the chimneys on the property. The lead flashing of the chimney at 3 storey level has started to lift and requires fixing. The second chimney at 2 storey level requires a little more work. There are some spalled bricks which have been patched with mortar, we would like to have the bricks replaced as a more long term solution to the problem. At this point we would like a quote for the repairs so that we can take this back to the sellers. The purchase is almost complete so we would need a quote as soon as possible. We are hoping to be in the property in early December and would like to have the work completed as soon as we can once we are in the property. Best wishes, Aisling
