  Over time it seems there has been a leak from the under counter washing machine which has left a hole in the floor board. The water has tracked along and the vinyl floor is starting to raise. I would need a small area of new floorboards fitting where damaged (joists checking) and a new floor laying in the whole kitchen including under the washer. I don't mind what the floor is but vinyl type is fine. I guess you would have a better idea when you see it.Read more

  Exterior window sill rotten in parts and in need of repair. Ladder needed to reach from garden. Also interior door could do with shaving after new carpet fitted.Read more
