Over time it seems there has been a leak from the under counter washing machine which has left a hole in the floor board. The water has tracked along and the vinyl floor is starting to raise. I would need a small area of new floorboards fitting where damaged (joists checking) and a new floor laying in the whole kitchen including under the washer. I don't mind what the floor is but vinyl type is fine. I guess you would have a better idea when you see it.
