  approx. 6mts of balustrading with handrail (wood or metal) and 2 mtr suspended landing approx. 1mtr wide over hallway. This is for a new private house and requires some detail in finish but not too elaborate. Whilst new, the house is Georgian in appearance from the outside. Suggestions required.
