Take one half of a pair of wide 6 feet high steel framed gates, shorten it and insert two steel posts securely sunk into the ground and a steel pedestrian gate. Minimum width of new gate opening 1.2 metres with a double sided keypad lock at DDA height. One post is to act as the closing post for both the remaining whole gate and the new pedestrian gate with secure fastening for both gates. Post sizes to be approx 4 inches or larger if needed to support the new gate which must hinge back through 180 degrees onto the reduced gate which must be modified and welded on to the gate support post so that it now becomes a fence. New gate to be of unclimable design. Option needed to carry rail heads across existing full gate and reduced gate. Everything to be finished in black paint on appropriate protective undercoat .
