  Hi jst asking we offered a property for mortgage and agreed to a property price with thw vendor.bad thing is when the lenders survey came a report of dampness and timber problem occur and should be done or a condition prior to mortgage.we ask the agent and they sent a builder and have a quote and it will cost 2400.my question is it reasonable ?Read more
