  I have a ex council 2 bedroom bungalow in Lairg. The roof has been leaking through areas where the nails have rusted and lost their heads. There is also woodworm and some rotten timber. I am wondering if I need to get whole new roof, or if a restoration job would work. Could you give me rough quotes for any options you think would work, including replacement of whole/affected roof.
