  I require a pre purchase damp survey carried out but I understand that this takes 2 hours and i only have access to the property for 30 minutes this Friday 7 August @ 9.30am. Is there any possibility that you could meet me at the property at this time and broadly 'advise' re, cost and your future availability There is definitely a damp problem in the property and remedial work will need to be carried out.
