  I am a designer from London who is working on an art easel product that takes an aesthetic inspiration from a spine shape. The product requires a wooden support that is 20mm thick, with an internal bend of 40mm. The process I am looking for is to use 10mm thick wood that will be joined and cut to the correct dimensions and then sanded down to give a smoother look. The intended wood used will be Ash wood and should be finished to a satin texture with a protective varnish, any advice of the finishes would be greatly appreciated. I wish for a quote for the manufacture of 2500 pieces for each part of the product. I can send over CAD Files for you to have a better understanding of the product.
