    We are a block of 25 flats on the Boulevard. General Rubbish is disposed off in three large commercial black bins, kpet in a cupboard room. We do request,and expect all flat owners to ensure all rubbish is wrapped properly, however, we still get smells, etc from these bins. Looking to find out some information on regular cleaning of these - how often?, how much? Would have to be agreed by Maintenance Committee, so cannot make an instant arrangement.
