  Hi, We are Circus Eruption, a charity with an external metal set of stairs connecting our building (a Grade II Listed former church) to the Memorial Garden that we are now custodians of. At some point in the next few years we are going to get rid of the stairs in the next phase of restoring our building, but until then, need some repairs to keep the stairs going.
