I have a holiday home in Watermillock which I rent out. In the lounge are 4 sofas - 2 very large, dark brown, velvet- like sofas with 2 large seat cushions and 2 large back cushions on each sofa. Sofas are 14 years old. I can't afford to replace them or even re-upholster but would like extra stuffing put into all the cushions ( all quite saggy now) - this will need the cushions partly being unpicked then re-sewed, plus I would like any small tears in the sofa covering and cushions repaired. Sofas originally from Sofa Workshop. The other 2 sofas are smaller - originally from Habitat, also 14 years old. Both have a large seat cushion but again these cushions are quite flat / saggy and need re-stuffing. Currently stuffed with feathers but these repeatedly come through the cream cotton- like fabric so maybe they could be re-stuffed with something different. One of the arms ( the one nearest the TV on small sofa next to TV) is broken though I presume to repair it would need the sofa completely re-upholstered which I think I can't afford. A few of the lounge scatter cushions have loose zips / slight tears in their covers which need repaired. Finally, the property's main bedroom has 2 small windows ( one approx. 70cm x 40cm and one about 50 cm x 30cm) which I would like some curtains made for ( I'd like the drop to be at least twice the height of the windows). No need to be lined. Possibly with rods attached for drawing curtains as windows are quite high in the wall so would be hard to reach by anybody short.
