  Hi, I recently had an extension on the side of my house, it has since been discovered that the extension requires underpinning as the foundations are not adequate or at the correct depth due to the close proximity of an existing sewer. I've been informed the current foundation is 1200mm deep but they should be 2200 deep to avoid any load bearing on the sewer pipe. The cable wall is roughly 7 meters in length & the length of this will require to be underpinned. I look forward to hearing from you.Read more
